Mom's better and going home today. It was a long hospital stay but they've got her all fixed up. Her fluid level decreased each day and this morning's EKG showed very little. It looks like it was a virus that caused the fluid to build up.
Just a few more days until we head back to Indy and we can see her... we've all been worried and have been looking forward to our time with our family.
Though the outcome could have been much different, and made for a much different holiday, she's Ok... and even going to work next week for a few days!!
I'll be back soon, hopefully with fun stuff to share :)

Oh Amy I am first catching up and let me say I am SO sorry for your Mom's condition but am glad it sounds like she is doing so much better.
